Submission Instructions
Teens from Baltimore and the five surrounding counties are encouraged to submit works of art to teenFAX via fax machine from September 12 to December 20, 2009.
All submissions to the exhibition must begin with a teenFAX cover sheet (one per submission). Download a .pdf of the cover sheet, print it, and fill it out completely. Submissions that do not include a cover sheet will not be included in the exhibition. All submissions will be received on a black-and-white fax machine and must not exceed 5 pages.
